Samantha joined the Heritage team in October of 2023 as a Customer Service Representative in the Hillsboro office. Bringing years of experience in hospitality and customer service, along with her enthusiasm to learn the insurance industry. Attending 2 years at NDSCS in Wahpeton, ND for dental hygiene, Samantha found her passion in insurance instead.
Outside of work, Samantha finds happiness being at the lake with her friends and family, as she grew up in Minnesota. You can also find her at any sporting event, on the hunt to find the perfect chips and queso, or on nature walks with her husband Tyler and their dog Bernie. You can always expect to see Samantha with a smile and a warm greeting, as she finds passion in meeting new people and a willingness to help others.
