Morgan joined Heritage Insurance in April 2024 as the new Program Specialist in the crop department. Her role involves assisting clients with various FSA programs such as ELAP, ERP, LFP, LIP, as well as NRCS programs like CSP and EQIP.
Raised on her family farm near Ellendale, ND, agriculture has always been central to her life. They specialize in raising corn, soybeans, and operate a cow/calf operation. After earning her degree in Agriculture Science, Morgan returned to Ellendale and gained valuable experience working at the Farm Service Agency for 3 years before transitioning to the insurance sector.
Outside of work, she find fulfillment in working on the family farm, bonding with loved ones, tackling house projects, and nurturing her garden. Since moving to her own farm in 2023, Morgan also enjoyed expanding her menagerie with various critters. Balancing agricultural roots with a passion for community and home projects is what drives her both personally and professionally at Heritage Insurance.
