Lila Raile

Lila’s journey in the insurance industry began in 1982 when she and her husband acquired his grandfather’s independent agency. Over the years, their dedication and vision led them to acquire three additional agencies, expanding their footprint and impact in the field.

In 2020, Lila and her husband made the decision to sell their agency to Tyler and Becky, entrusting them with their legacy. Lila continues to contribute her wealth of experience and expertise as an agent at Heritage Insurance in Wishek, where she plays a pivotal role in serving the community. Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life and Health insurance across North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota, Lila brings comprehensive knowledge and a deep commitment to her clients.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Lila finds immense joy and fulfillment in her family life. She and her husband are proud parents to four children and eagerly anticipate the arrival of their seventh grandchild. In addition to supporting her family’s farming endeavors in the Wishek area, where they cultivate wheat, corn, soybeans, and sunflowers, Lila has dedicated herself to her community as a pianist and organist for her local church since 1974.

Her passions extend to gardening, where she nurtures vibrant blooms, and to enjoying the serenity of yard work and the immersive world of books. Above all, Lila cherishes the precious moments spent with her grandchildren, whose presence brings boundless happiness to her life. Her commitment to both professional excellence and personal fulfillment is a testament to her enduring impact within Heritage Insurance and beyond.
