Denise became an integral part of the Heritage team in 2013, initially serving as a Customer Service Representative in the Oakes office before advancing to the role of Agency Manager. In her current capacity, she oversees the daily operations of the office, including managing client accounts and facilitating claims processes. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Denise’s expertise is invaluable to the organization.

Hailing from Stirum, North Dakota, Denise holds a degree in Facility Management from North Dakota State University. Beyond her professional commitments, she treasures quality time spent with her family, prioritizing these moments outside of work. Her dedication and leadership contribute significantly to Heritage’s ongoing success and client satisfaction.
