Brittany joined the Heritage team in November of 2019 as a Customer Service Representative based in the Minot, ND office. Her role encompasses a range of customer service responsibilities, leveraging skills honed during her tenure as an Administrative Assistant for a local business.
Originally from Swartz Creek, Michigan, Brittany pursued her education at Mott Community College before making Minot her home. Beyond her professional commitments, Brittany finds fulfillment in spending quality time with her two children, cherishing moments of family togetherness. She also enjoys returning to her hometown for vacations, relishing the familiar surroundings and reconnecting with her roots.
Brittany’s dedication to both her work and her family underscores her dynamic presence within the Heritage team, embodying a commitment to service and community both in and outside of the office.
